Track Your Order.

Every order ships with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website or contact us with your order reference.

Track by Carrier

Find your shipment.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Most orders ship via ePacket, 4PX, or a similar international tracked service from China.

Standard shipping

Tracking updates typically begin within 24–48 hours of shipment. Allow 3–5 business days for the first tracking scan if the package is in transit within China.

Express shipping

Full door-to-door tracking from the day of dispatch. Express tracking is updated more frequently than standard.

Customs hold

If your tracking shows “held at customs,” this is normal for international blade shipments in some countries. It does not indicate a problem. Most customs holds resolve within 5–7 business days. Contact us if your shipment is held for more than 10 business days.

Contact us with your order number.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, or if your tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, contact us directly. Include your order number (from the confirmation email) and your shipping address.

Response time

Within 24 hours on business days. We will provide a status update or initiate a trace with the carrier.

Lost shipment policy

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier after a trace investigation, we will reship or refund in full. Investigation typically takes 10–15 business days.
