Every order ships with tracking. Returns are accepted within 30 days if the blade does not match its listed specifications.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 5–21 business days from the Longquan workshop.
10–20 business days. Tracked from dispatch. Depends on destination country and customs processing time.
7–10 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Free worldwide standard shipping on all orders over $500.
Customs and Import
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Some destinations experience customs inspection delays beyond our control. We provide tracking and any documentation required for clearance upon request.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the blade is legal to import in their country. See our Sword Laws guide for country-specific information.
Returns
A blade that does not match its listed specifications, or damaged item, We replace or refund without argument when the criteria are met. and the blade has been returned to us.
Damage from improper use (prying, chopping wood, contact with other metal blades, improper storage). We measure and document every blade before shipment — condition disputes are resolved from our inspection records.
Contact us first. We will provide return instructions and address. Return shipping cost is covered by buyer, unless the purchase qualifies for return shipping on our expanse (judged case to case basis)
