- Europe (DE, FR, etc.): 10-18 business days — $34.99
- Note: We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom due to import restrictions on bladed weapons.
- Australia & New Zealand: 14-21 business days — $39.99
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days — $44.99

Packaging
Every sword ships in a custom-fitted corrugated box with high-density foam inserts. The blade is wrapped in oiled cloth and secured with cable ties to prevent movement during transit. We’ve shipped over 10,000 swords with a damage rate under 0.2%.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The sword must be:
- In original, undamaged condition
- In its original packaging (saya, box, wrapping)
- Free of cutting marks, chips, or modifications
How to Return
- Email support@katana-swords.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the sword securely in the original packaging
- Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sword arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll ship a replacement at our expense — no need to return the damaged item for orders under $200.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-forged swords (made to your specifications) cannot be returned unless defective. Maintenance kits and accessories are non-returnable once opened.
